Sheriff and Emergencies
- The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line is (727) 582-6200.
For emergencies only, please call 911. - The Oldsmar Fire Department is located at 225 Pine Avenue N. and can be reached for non-emergencies at (813) 749-1200.
- The City of Oldsmar’s Emergency Management provides helpful information.
Refuse and Yard Debris
- The City of Oldsmar contracts with Coastal Waste and Recycling. for residential solid waste.
- Each home should have one green rolling bin for garbage and one blue rolling bin for recycling.
- The pickup schedule for Eastlake Oaks is:
Tuesdays – garbage only - If you have a broken bin or need a larger bin, please contact Coastal Waste and Recycling at (727) 561-0360.
- Cans should be set out before 7 am on pick-up day.

Hurricanes
- The City of Oldsmar provides helpful information regarding hurricane preparedness here.
- Allert Pinellas provides text message and email notifications for emergencies, including hurricanes, to registered residents. You can sign up for Alert Pinellas here.

- Aggressive Alligators
- Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission can be contacted at 866-392-4286. If an alligator shows signs of posing a definite threat a call should be made. They will require details on the location and size of the alligator.
- The FWC also provides a guide on living with alligator.
Please remember it is against the law to feed alligators! - Animal Services
- Pinellas County’s Animal Services Department enforces Florida Laws and the county’s animal ordinances regarding animals. They will pick up lost or stray dogs and cats, sick or injured animals. If you have an animal concern, please contact (727) 582-2600 (option 4).

- Library
- The Oldsmar Library is located at 400 St. Petersburg Drive East and provides physical, digital and audiobooks available to loan to residents, as well as various events throughout the year for children and adults.
- Mosquito Control
- Pinellas County Mosquito Control provides treatment and prevention to the entire county.
- Parks
- The City of Oldsmar provides several parks, dog parks, sports and recreation areas for its residents. More information can be found here.
- Permitting
- Information regarding permits required by the City of Oldsmar can be found here. Please remember that you may also need to submit a request to the HOA Architectural Committee before commencing work.
- Post Office
- The Oldsmar Post Office is located at 3805 Tampa Rd.
- Schools
- Residents of Eastlake Oaks are in the Pinellas County School District.
- Solicitors (door to door)
- Eastlake Oaks is a no solicitation community. Many residents find it helpful to hang signs at or near their front doors to discourage door-to-door solicitors from knocking or ringing their doorbell.
