There is a maximum of 2 keys per residence allowed.

Can I give a key fob to a friend who doesn’t live in ELO?
No, the pool is for use by ELO residents and their accompanied guests only.

I would like to obtain a second key fob for my residence. How can I get one?
Fill out an ELO Pool Key Request Form and follow the instructions

If I lose my key fob how do I get a replacement?
Fill out an ELO Pool Key Request Form and follow the instructions.

I already paid for a second key for the old lock (and still have both keys), can I get a second key fob for the new system without having to pay again?
