- Yearly Dues: Bills for yearly HOA dues are sent from Management and Associates to each homeowner by December and are due on January 1st.
- Payments can be made in person, U.S. Mail, or online.
- To make payments online you will need to obtain a login ID and password from Management and Associates.

HOA Board Meetings |
|
- HOA Board meetings are held four times each calendar year.
- Three of the yearly meetings are held at Management and Associates. The dates and times of meetings vary, and will be posted online and near the community pool at least 48 hours in advance. You can also contact Management and Associates for information on the meetings.
- The annual budget meeting is held each fall and written notice is sent to each homeowner one month in advance with details on the date, time and location.
Elections for the HOA Board are held at this meeting. Nomination forms and ballots are mailed to each homeowner in advance. The annual budget meeting has been held at the community pool for the last few years.

HOA Sponsored Events |
- The HOA hosts a community block party each spring at the community park/pool. It is free to all ELO residents and includes food from local restaurants, fun and games for the family, and a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses. Volunteers are always needed and information is posted regularly on the Eastlake Oaks HOA Facebook group.
- Every fall the HOA organizes a community garage sale. The date of the garage sale is posted at least one month in advance on the Eastlake Oaks HOA Facebook page.
- Every December the HOA sponsors a holiday light contest. The date that homes will be judged is provided in advance and HOA Board Members will select the top holiday light displays to win a monetary prize. Winners are announced online and checks sent to the winning homeowners.
- Every month the Eastlake Oaks “Yard of the Month” committee selects a winning yard which is recognized with a yard sign and a photo on the ELO Facebook page.
